Conference Costs

Conference registration will open on March 11, 2024. Please visit this website and PRISMS Facebook page for updates.

Here is a list of conference costs to assist in your planning.

Hyatt Regency Dallas

Single & Double rates: $163.00 per night plus applicable taxes

Hotel accommodations should be booked separately from registration and are not included in registration costs. The cut-off date is June 11. After June 11, reservations will be based on hotel availability and conference room rates can not be guaranteed

Childcare and PRISMS Den registration

Childcare and PRISMS Den registration is a separate registration from the conference registration. You will be charged separately for childcare registration. You must register for childcare before June 11th. Childcare space is limited and is on a first come first served basis.
