PRISMS Needs Assessment

PRISMS will be collaborating with several institutions to submit a competitive grant application for an NIH-sponsored Rare Disease Clinical Research Consortia to study SMS. In preparation for this grant, PRISMS is undertaking a general needs assessment of the SMS community to determine the most pressing needs and concerns for the person with SMS and for your family. The information requested below will help us focus the clinical research in the areas of greatest need.
