Option 1.  ONLINE DONATION (USA only*)

* Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept international (non-USA) credit card donations through our online donation partner, Network for Good (NFG). This is something NFG is looking into for the future. Important: If your employer has a matching gift program, be sure to send PRISMS the matching gift form to complete. It's an easy way to double your support for PRISMS!

International donors: We prefer to receive international money orders or cashier's checks denominated in US Dollars. However, if you are unable to send us a US dollar payment, we can also accept a credit card, personal check or draft in your local currency. Your contribution can make a huge difference!  PRISMS is a 501c(3) non-profit organization. Our Federal Tax ID is 54-1652029. Your donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

PRISMS believes that philanthropy is based on voluntary action for the common good. It is a tradition of giving and sharing that is primary to the quality of life. As a result, we have adopted the Donor Bill of Rights as developed by the American Association of Fund-Raising Counsel (AAFRC), Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and National Society of Fund-Raising Executives (NSFRE).

 

PRISMS receipt and public acknowledgement policy

Your cancelled check shall serve as your receipt for donations less than $100.  A receipt will be sent for all donations of $100 or more, or upon request.  The names of all contributors will be printed annually in our newsletter, unless otherwise requested.  The amounts of donations will not be disclosed.  However, those who contribute more than $500 will be listed as major contributors.  Memorial gifts will be printed in the newsletter with no gift amounts given.  Acknowledgement notices will be sent to the family that a tribute gift has been made.
